Aluminium Welder - Dandenong South

$48-$50 per hour + Super | Full-Time Permanent Position

We are seeking an experienced Aluminium Welder to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Dandenong South, Melbourne. About the Role

As an Aluminium Welder, you will be responsible for preparing, welding, and inspecting aluminium products to ensure they meet quality, durability, and finish standards. You will work closely with production and fabrication teams to deliver defect-free products on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare aluminium surfaces and components for welding.
• Read and interpret technical and workshop drawings.
• Measure, mark out, and set up materials to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Perform high-quality aluminium welding using a range of welding equipment and hand tools.
• Conduct visual and quality inspections throughout the fabrication and welding process.
• Identify and report quality issues to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment, grinders, saws, sanders, and associated tools.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
