JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder Fabricator with experience in TIG welding aluminum to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures and components based on blueprints, technical drawings, or verbal instructions. Precision, safety, and a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes are critical to success in this role.
We work on big structural builds down to small custom pieces, our team gets to flex their creative muscles and show off their skills. Must be able to:
· Safely use all shop equipment
· Fitting and tacking projects for welding
· Grinding and prepping material for welding and machining
· General help with all things related to welding
· Put safety first
· Produce a quality product
· Complete repetitive tasks
· Work well in a group setting
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to stand, bend and walk for extended periods
· Have attention to detail

· Must use or wear Personal Protective Equipment as required by the Company
