Our stability, resources, and respectful culture supports you in building a solid career with a great team you can count on day in and day out for the long term.   As a Welder, you’ll work with metal fabrication equipment such as Gas Tungsten Arc (GTAW) and resistance welding to produce a variety of parts.   What you’ll do: * Produce a variety of parts from shop drawings to conform to specifications * Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications * Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears, and other metal straightening and bending machines * Participate in continuous improvement of processes * Cross train in other complementary skills to support production requirements * Observe all applicable safety requirements    Basic Qualifications:  * 2 + years TIG welding experience * 2+ years experience reading and interpreting blueprints and welding process specifications * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (unassisted) for approximately 25% of the average work day   Desired Skills: * Previous welding experience in aerospace or aviation environment * Experience with welding thin gauge material and exotic metals (Inconel and Hastelloy) * Thorough understanding of tool design and fabrication methods and processes * Trade certification preferred   Benefits that make life better: * Comprehensive Healthcare * 401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested * Paid Time Off starting on day one * Bonus opportunities * Health- & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts * Short- & Long-Term Disability * Life & AD&D Insurance * Learning & Training opportunities
