• Conduct inspections and review welding procedures to uphold quality control.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate welding personnel.
• Maintain thorough documentation related to weld procedures, inspections, and certifications.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and safety teams.
• Identify and address welding issues promptly to avoid delays.
