Description

We are currently hiring for experienced welders (MIG, stick, structural, TIG) and iron workers in Richmond and Charlottesville, VA. Pay is $28 - $32 per hour based on skill set and experience. Welder and Iron Worker Responsibilities: * Utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to create strong and durable joints in metal piping. * Read and interpret blueprints and drawings * Select appropriate materials and welding rods/consumables for specific applications based on project needs. * Erect structural steel components * Conduct visual inspections and perform pressure testing on welded joints to ensure safety and structural integrity. * Operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner, adhering to all company safety protocols.
