We are looking for a WELDER to join our Taylor, TX plant. As a Welder with Contech you will contribute to America’s essential infrastructure including drainage systems, pipe, bridges and structures, and stormwater management. About the Role Responsibilities: * Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures to ensure accurate welding. * Uses template, pattern, scribe, etc. to mark and lay out material. * Aligns and assembles product for welding using crane, lever hoist ,chains, etc. * Uses cutting or plasma torch to burn to precision layout. * Adheres to safety protocols to create a secure work environment. About You We Require: * High School Diploma or GED. * Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, and Stick welding. * Technical training or welding experience strongly preferred. * Ability to work with precision instruments. * Good attention to detail and organizational skills. * Technical training or welding experience strongly preferred.
