JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, based in Hinckley, is looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Welding Assistant / Prepper to join their team on a late shift. This is a fantastic opportunity with a 4-day work week and the potential for a permanent position.

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing and counting steel parts for the welders
• Organising and loading parts into stillages
• Operating Kingsman machines (training can be provided)
• Prepping materials using tools like handsaws, donkey saws, twin-head saws
• Assisting welders by ensuring all parts are ready and correctly organised

THIS ROLE MAY SUIT SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE AS A:

Prepper, Welding Assistant, Manufacturing Operative, Production Assistant, or Fabrication Support Worker.
