Oriel Attachments Ltd. currently have a job position available. We are looking for a Welding Supervisor to oversee welding operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team of welders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to efficiency and workplace safety.

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

• Ensure that production targets and quotas are met.
• Work with management and welding operatives in seeking out better work practices and be willing to introduce new practices so as to ensure better performance targets within their area.
• Measure and report performance of welding operatives to management and assist management in implementing new process improvements
• Advise and encourage, as required, to correct work performance
