YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Develop and execute detailed work plans and schedules in collaboration with the SMP Superintendent and Construction Manager.
• Supervise and coordinate daily welding tasks, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to project deadlines.
• Oversee team performance, training, and certifications to maintain high safety and skill standards.
• Ensure compliance with AS/ASME/API standards, manage welding consumables, and complete required QA documentation.
• Resolve non-conformances with QA/QC teams and liaise with clients for inspections and technical queries.
• Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
• Provide progress updates, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely submission of timesheets.
