Continued growth and improvement in production capacity, we are looking for an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team and help achieve our goal of increasing builds from 16 to 20 units per month

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to oversee our welding operations and ensure high-quality fabrication and assembly of metal components. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid background in various welding techniques, including stick welding. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet production goals.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a welding supervisory role or similar position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in various welding methods, particularly stick welding, as well as the use of hand tools and power tools.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to assemble and fabricate metal components from sheet metal.
  • Basic maths skills for calculations related to measurements, angles, and material requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
