This role is responsible for supporting production through welding, fabrication, and equipment maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: * Perform MIG and TIG welding to repair or fabricate production fixtures and componenets * Operate plasma cutters and oxy-acetylene torches safely and effectively * Repair and modify transmission cases and related components * Support the maintenance team with special projects and equipment needs * Assemble fixtures and components using hand and power tools * Provide timely support to production lines requiring tool or fixture repair * Identify and isolate non-conforming products * Properly and safely load and unload machinery * Maintain accurate daily production records * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Follow all company safety procedures and policies * Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs Qualifications: * Experience with MIG/TIG welding, plasma cutting, and acetylene torch operation * Proficient in using a wide range of hand and power tools * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and hand sketches * Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic * Team-oriented with the ability to support leadership and collaborate effectively * Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs * Ability to stand, walk and reach for 8+ hours per shift * Flexibility to work any shift, including overtime as needed WHY CHOOSE DYNAMIC?
