QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified Welder or Diploma in Welding Technology or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in welding and fabrication.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred.
• Good communication and instructional skills.
• Knowledge of welding codes and safety regulations.

Experience:

• welding: 2 years (Required)

• Deliver both classroom and practical instruction in MIG, TIG, Arc, and other welding methods.
• Develop lesson plans, training content, and assessment tools aligned with course objectives.
• Maintain a safe and functional training environment, including equipment and workshop oversight.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance through exams, practical tests, and ongoing assessments.
• Stay updated on advancements in welding technology and integrate relevant innovations into instruction.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support student development.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and support internal and external audit/compliance processes.
