Job Title: Welding Trainer
Location: Middlesbrough College Main Campus, TS2 1AD
Department: Adult & Community Learning
Reporting to: Curriculum Team Leader
Salary: Tutor/Trainer Scale, Points 3- 11, £25,105.46 - £34,235.23 per annum
Additional Sector based scale of up to £37,657.82 p.a. for exceptional sector roles (determined by the college)
Basis: Full time/ Permanent
Pension: NEST Pension Scheme

We’re looking for a passionate Welding Trainer to deliver engaging, hands-on and theory-based training. Your role will involve not only teaching technical welding skills but also embedding essential employability, health and safety, and professional behaviours. You’ll support adult learners through flexible, roll-on, roll-off programmes, helping them build skills and confidence to succeed in employment.
