Summary
A vacancy has arisen for an additional member of staff in our Welfare Team. At Grange, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Welfare Assistant to join our team and support the emotional, social, and physical wellbeing of our pupils during lunch times. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and our pastoral manager. We just want our children to have a fun and safe lunch time!
You will be part of a hardworking and friendly team, led by our Lunch Time Supervisor. You will assist in supporting our pupils during mealtimes, engaging in and promoting positive play and upholding the school policies including our behaviour and relations policy and safeguarding policy.
