REQUIREMENTS:

• CSCS Card
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely on a busy construction site

RGM Recruitment Ltd is excited to present an opportunity for a Welfare Labourer to join our client’s team and help maintain a safe, clean and productive working environment. As a Welfare Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting the site team by ensuring welfare facilities and working areas are kept to a high standard. This is an essential role for the smooth running of the site and the wellbeing of the workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and clean welfare facilities, including canteens, toilets, drying rooms and communal areas
• Carry out general site tidying, including sweeping, waste removal and assisting with deliveries
• Support site staff with basic labouring duties when required
• Ensure walkways and access routes are kept clear and safe
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
