You’ll be responsible for: Monitor accommodation for hygiene, safety, and comfort. Oversee catering services for food quality and nutrition. Ensure fair hiring practices and ethical recruitment. Manage grievance mechanisms and promote mental health awareness. Conduct audits and report non-compliance to senior management. Organize cultural and recreational activities to improve morale. You’ll need to have: 15+ years’ experience in worker welfare management. Strong knowledge of ILO standards and labor laws. Experience on large construction projects.
