• Develop and implement an effective prevention approach to reduce the Sickness absence department.
• Lead a team of case managers and other involved professionals.
• Analyze absenteeism figures and translates them into targeted actions.
• Work closely with HR, managers, Business Controllers, and external parties such as company doctors.
• Advise management and the board on absenteeism policy and sustainable employability
