Company Description Our client - French multinaitonal energy major is developing offshore oil fields in Suriname (notably Block 58). The project focuses on deepwater production, aiming to boost reserves and output, with first oil expected before 2030. Job Description Supervise DST preparation and execution, ensuring compliance with approved procedures Monitor real-time operations, identify risks, and report deviations promptly Coordinate service companies and act as the link between field teams and engineers Track performance KPIs and support reporting and continuous improvement Ensure full compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company standards Deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations Qualifications Extensive experience in Drill Stem Testing (DST) operations (preparation & execution) Strong knowledge of DST tools, equipment, and operational procedures Solid understanding of drilling, completions, and well testing activities Proven offshore experience in DST supervision roles Strong coordination and communication with service providers and engineering teams Ability to mentor junior personnel (preferred) Strong technical judgment and decision-making under pressure Excellent communication and reporting skills Strong HSE mindset with ability to enforce safety culture Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and service company performance Additional Information Rotational: 4 weeks ON / 4 weeks OFF Schedule: 7 days per week – 8 hours per day
