Job Description Role based in Moomba, SA, 5710 Permanent Full-time FIFO: 28 days on 26 days off We are seeking an experienced and motivated Well Test Supervisor to lead the rig-up and operation of Surface Well Test equipment. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all personnel, equipment, and services to ensure a successful operation, while providing detailed reporting of both surface and downhole conditions to the client and SGS management. This is a full-time opportunity offering hands-on responsibility and the chance to lead a high-performing team in the field. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide technical support to customer representatives where necessary. Interpret complex P&IDs relating to Well Test installations. Implement and monitor pre-project and annual maintenance programs for field equipment. Able to operate all equipment including the test separator correctly, confidently and independently. Able to oversee full package test operations including slickline/wireline services. Supervision of operators and delegation of required tasks to the operators. Plan, organise and direct personnel across several different well sites. Review of production costs and savings, efficiency measures and report this information back to Management where possible. Ensure that all required equipment maintenance is logged, available and job ready. Attend safety and other internal/external meetings as required, providing input and experience where applicable. Oversee and be involved in maintenance, job preparation and activities to support the field operations from the Adelaide yard as required. Qualifications Essential: Oilfield well site services (minimum five years relevant experience) with strong multi-skill experience in slick line service or offshore/international slick line, testing and early productions systems. Evidence of lower level supervisor experience Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet software, dashboard or (fekete equivalent) and email) CV crane license 4WD licence, Senior First Aid Certificate, HR drivers license Gas Detection training certificate, Wellsite Permit to Work Holder and Authority training Breathing Apparatus training Preferred: Well Test training – Advanced Data Acquisition training Sampling Course – Advanced (PVT) Well Control Training Elevated Work Platform Forklift Ticket Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
