Your Mission as a Well Testing Supervisor As a Well Test Supervisor, your mission is to lead well testing operations, ensuring the seamless execution of testing procedures while maintaining safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Your role is pivotal in coordinating on-site activities, managing the testing crew, maintaining equipment, and providing accurate and actionable data to drive decision-making in exploration and production efforts. You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Well Testing Supervisor Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee detailed well test plans to ensure operational success. Safety Oversight: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect personnel and equipment. Equipment Management: Maintain, inspect, and ensure the functionality of all testing equipment. Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately gather and interpret data during testing to inform operational decisions. Crew Leadership: Supervise and guide the testing crew, ensuring productivity and adherence to best practices. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports documenting testing results and site activities. Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure all activities meet company policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications and Skills That Will Allow You to Thrive as a Well Testing Supervisor Proven experience in well testing operations. In-depth technical expertise in oil and gas exploration processes. Strong leadership and team management skills. Focused commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional Information Working Days & Hours: Rotation (4x4 or 6x3). Location: Jalu - Libya.
