Caron Group is a family of care homes across mid and south Wales. Our ethos is to provide quality care and to ensure that privacy, dignity and choice for our residents is at the core of everything we do. We have been operating in the care sector for twenty three years and specialise in residential, nursing and dementia care for older people. We are currently undergoing an exciting chapter in our growth and are looking for dedicated individuals to join us on this journey.
The group’s strength is attributable to our team of highly motivated, passionate and dedicated staff. We invest in exceptional talent and our people share a commitment to success that is second to none. This energy is harnessed to deliver the highest levels of relationship-centred care. We are committed to supporting our staffs’ continuous professional development throughout their careers, through the provision of formal training and development opportunities. The group offers a friendly family culture and supportive environment of teamwork, respect and integrity where everyone makes a valued contribution.
We are seeking a Wellbeing / Activities Support to join our family of Care Homes. As a Wellbeing Support at Caron Group, you will enable the vulnerable people in our care to achieve wellbeing outcomes that are meaningful to them. You will support the Wellbeing Lead in achieving an overall feeling of wellbeing throughout the Home by lifting the spirits of the people who reside and work there and those who visit the Home. The individuals who we care for will rely on you to help stimulate their minds and bodies through a carefully planned programme of events, group and one-to-one sessions, community participation and by encouraging staff interaction with residents to ensure they receive a fulfilling experience.
You will be a caring and compassionate individual, with infectious enthusiasm and energy; providing opportunities for all of our residents to participate in and enjoy the available activities programme.
Every one of our residents is supported with respect, dignity and choice, in a safe and well-equipped environment which we hope they will regard as their home. We provide the highest levels of support and ensure that our residents are as happy as possible.
