Brimbank is continuously growing, with many transformational infrastructure projects about to break ground. A key focus of the coming years will be working with the State and Federal Governments to establish Melbourne Airport Rail; to complete redevelopment of Sunshine and Albion Stations; and the realisation of the Sunshine Precinct Masterplan which will Sunshine transformed into a CBD, vastly increasing local jobs, housing, businesses, services and tourism to provide for the many tens of thousands of people living, working and travelling through the Brimbank.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Fixed Term (18 months) staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

WE ARE SEEKING A WELLBEING ADVISOR WHO CAN BRING THEIR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR:

  • Leading and enhancing employee wellbeing initiatives by designing, implementing, and evaluating holistic programs, frameworks, and policies aligned with best practice, legislative requirements, and Brimbank’s OHS Strategy and Wellbeing Framework.
  • Monitoring emerging trends and data in psychological safety and wellbeing to inform evidence-based improvements, risk management strategies, and trauma-informed responses to psychosocial hazards and incidents.
  • Collaborating across departments to build leadership capability and foster a positive, proactive wellbeing culture.
  • Coordinating key support programs including EAP, Peer Support and our Employee Experience Advisory Group,
