Working alongside partners, community organisations, carers, and most importantly the people we support to shape meaningful and personalised outcomes.   The role  Joining our WES (Wellbeing and Early Support) team as a Senior Social Worker in this role you will work with people at the earliest point, offering information, advice, guidance and strengths-based support that helps them access the right help at the right time.
