Our bespoke service enables our happy clients to choose exactly what they want in their lives, with support available at any time of day or night.
We are looking for Well Being Assistants to work in the Southwell area.

• Hours - mostly Weekday Evenings and Weekends to start with (from 0 to 40 hrs per week)

Job Description:

• Our Well Being Assistants change people’s lives’ by delivering the highest quality of care, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.
• The job currently entails offering personal care, help around the home and companionship for elderly customers, including shopping and wellbeing outings.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a variety of settings providing advanced notice and short notice cover
• Honest, empathetic, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Have a right to work within the UK.
• Have an excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to develop empathy with customers
• Must have a UK driving Licence.
• Must have own transport, i.e you must have car.
• A passion for making a difference
• Ability to use own initiative, plan own work and prioritise a customer’s care needs
• Ability to work without direct supervision
