Job Title: Wellbeing Coach
Location: East Point Business Park, Clontarf, Dublin
Work Type: Onsite
Hours: 24 hours per week
Shifts: Bi-weekly rotating night shifts (5pm-2am)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Level 8 BA or BSc (Hons) degree from a recognized and accredited institution in either Clinical Counselling, Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in mental health, preferably in areas such as trauma counselling, resilience-building programs, general or clinical mental health support.
  • Psychologists require minimum graduate membership of Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
  • Psychotherapists require full accreditation from a relevant body such as Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists or equivalent.
  • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage clients and build relationships.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working in a corporate setting is an asset.
  • Prior experience working with Trust and Safety professionals is an asset.
  • Complete CPD training in alignment with governing body requirements and be able to provide evidence if required.
    Please note, Garda Vetting and Criminal Background Checks are prerequisites for this role.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a qualified Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join our team as a Wellbeing Coach. This role provides proactive and responsive mental health support through individual and group coaching, training, and daily on-site engagement. The Wellbeing Coach promotes emotional resilience, identifies early signs of distress, and supports the psychological well-being of Trust & Safety professionals.
Shifts will work on a bi-weekly rotating basis. Week 1 & 2 will be Mon, Thurs, Fri 5pm-2am and week 3 & 4 will be Mon, Sat, Sun 5pm-2am. Please note flexibility will be required to work bank holidays and potentially for varied shift patterns, to meet the needs of the role and support team coverage. The role is fully onsite with no facility to work remotely at present.
