Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Counselling and Wellbeing Team providing front line wellbeing support for students, supporting ongoing service development and empowering students to succeed.
Using a high level of clinical skill, you will undertake needs assessments with students, ensuring students receive appropriate advice and guidance to support their mental health and wellbeing. You will frequently assess, contain, and manage risk, and will effectively coordinate responses to complex incidents and crisis situations in accordance with legislation, policy, and best practice.
