Programme Coordinator – Workplace Wellbeing
Location: Harefield (near Uxbridge)
Contract: Part-time (possible Full time option available), office-based (Full-time hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am–5.30pm)
Salary: £26,000–£28,500 (depending on experience)

At International Wellbeing Insights (the research and consultancy arm of The Stress Management Society), we’re on a mission to help individuals, teams and organisations build resilience, reduce stress, and thrive. Now, we’re looking for a bright, motivated and good-humoured self-starter to join our Programme Management Team at an exciting time of growth.
About the role
This is an office-based, client-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting our wellbeing consultancy projects, helping design and deliver stress management solutions for some of the world’s most recognisable organisations.
You’ll get involved in everything from research and analysis to report writing, workshop planning, and collaborating on wellbeing strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re keen to gain hands-on consultancy experience in the rapidly growing workplace wellbeing sector.
