WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Cert IV in Leisure & Health is desirable but if you have experience in a similar Wellbeing Team Leader or Lifestyle Coordinator role within the aged care sector, please apply.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Team Leader to join Christadelphian Aged Care’s team in Gladesville, NSW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their overall wellbeing and quality of life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage and develop a team of Wellbeing Coordinators to ensure high-quality service delivery and an exceptional resident experience
  • Coordinate the planning, implementation and evaluation of wellbeing programs and activities that are tailored to individual resident needs and preferences
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing guidance, coaching and support to your team members
  • Collaborate with nursing, allied health and other care staff to develop and implement holistic care plans
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant aged care regulations, policies and procedures
