JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Wellness Advisor and make a difference in people’s lives by promoting health and well-being. As a Wellness Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on wellness products and services to our customers, helping them achieve their health goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work 4-5 shifts per week (30-40 hours), and must be available Saturdays. Part-time candidates may also be considered where their skills and availability meet the operational needs of the store.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have significant knowledge/training in supplements and natural nutrition (required)
• Completion of a Holistic Nutrition diploma and/or program from an accredited institution is considered an asset
• Previous experience working with supplements in the field of natural nutrition is an asset
• Have previous experience in a customer service oriented environment
• Have a passion for all natural, organic, local and healthy ingredients and foods
• Have the ability to stand, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Excel when working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a passion for providing excellent customer service
• Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Have the ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary

• Answer customer inquiries regarding health products and holistic nutrition
• Recommend appropriate wellness products and services based on individual requirements.
• Provide information on the benefits of different wellness solutions to enhance customer understanding.
• Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell wellness products effectively.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in wellness to offer cutting-edge advice to customers.
• Place orders, stock, rotate, merchandise, and face product according to department procedure
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
• Adhere to Health and Safety and Loss Prevention policies
• Cover additional shifts as necessary in order to meet the operational needs of the store
• Liaise and communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Maintain a positive work environment
• Serve as a role model for the Company’s vision and instills these values in team members
