This role will be responsible for optimising the social, physical, spiritual and psychological well-being of our residents, you’ll empower them to enjoy independence and pursue the lifestyle of their choice while maintaining dignity and privacy.
This will see you maximise engagement for each resident in meaningful activities and maintain comprehensive records.
By delivering holistic, individually tailored continuity of care, you’ll also advise and support students, colleagues, volunteers and loved ones.
