Location: Work from home (Pennsylvania) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: No Job Summary: Our successful candidate will provide screening and education services throughout our community focusing on our members of all ages. This position requires participation in events throughout our Geisinger footprint in Northeast and Northcentral Pennsylvania. Work hours vary including early mornings, occasional weekends, and occasional evenings. Job Duties: Serves employer group and community population management initiatives including health education and wellness screening and/or technical/reporting support for onsite employer programs, community outreach initiatives, quality initiatives, wellness projects, member management, data entry and results management for the wellness team. Develops a thorough understanding and effectively communicates the products and services of the wellness program to current and potential clients. Supports development and implementation of tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the wellness program to manage outcomes. Supports preparation for onsite health education activities and events; supports staff with on site employer and community initiatives and presents services to employer groups and community participants or supports the technical components consistent with the mission and objectives of the wellness program and Health Services. Supports initiatives within the wellness program including data entry, project management, marketing, value based program support and data management, results management and results distribution. Monitors changes in employee wellness research, new developments and standards. Assists with other policies which have wellness components. Participates on committees, as assigned, to represent and provide expertise related to the Wellness Program. Supports team on site with programs, biometric screenings and phlebotomy support as needed and as appropriate, based on skill set and educational background. Represents the organization at various business and community events Supports coordination communication for wellness events for employer groups including flyer preparation, event requests, event prep, event requests for services, employer and member packets, and additional member communication or technical and reporting support. Fields member calls and is responsible for confidential distribution of health information associated with those program and all other wellness programs. Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
