THE OPPORTUNITY

Vacenti is seeking for passionate Part time Wellness Carer to join the Clinical Team across our multiple locations in South-East Brisbane. Reporting to, and working closely with the Facility Manager and/or Clinical Manger. In this role you will support residents in maintaining their physical, mental and emotional well-being, ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling and engaging lifestyle.

• Assisting residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support.
• Building strong relationships with residents to understand their preferences and needs.
• Supporting and encouraging residents to participate in wellness and recreational activities.
• Helping set up and facilitate group and individual activities in line with care plans.
• Assisting with outings and excursions to enhance residents’ engagement and socialization.
• Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
