Position Title: Wellness Center Aide Department: Wellness Center Location: Bibb Medical Center Wellness Center Employment Type: Part-Time Position Summary: Bibb Medical Center is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Wellness Center Aide to join our Wellness Center team. These positions play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting members at the front desk and helping create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment in the Kids Club. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people of all ages, especially children, and is passionate about promoting health and wellness within our community. Essential Responsibilities: * Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude. * Check members in and verify memberships. * Answer phone calls and respond to member questions. * Process membership enrollments, renewals, and payments. * Schedule appointments, classes, and facility reservations as needed. * Maintain accurate records and complete daily administrative tasks. * Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming. * Enforce Wellness Center policies and procedures. Kids Club Responsibilities: * Provide attentive, compassionate supervision for children while parents utilize the Wellness Center. * Plan and engage children in age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities. * Ensure a clean, safe, and positive environment at all times. * Follow all childcare safety procedures and emergency protocols. * Communicate professionally with parents regarding their children’s activities and well-being. * Sanitize toys, equipment, and play areas throughout the day. General Responsibilities: * Assist with maintaining cleanliness throughout the Wellness Center. * Support special events, health programs, and community wellness activities. * Restock supplies as needed. * Work collaboratively with Wellness Center staff to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: * CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. * Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk by managing memberships, payments, and scheduling. Supervise children in the Kids Club by planning age-appropriate activities and ensuring a safe environment.
