DO YOU ENJOY WORKING OUT AND HELPING OTHERS? The East End YMCA in Madison is hiring Wellness Center Coaches.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous customer service or related experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to complete Y provided CPR, first aid, YMCA Health Lifestyles and Foundations of Strength & Conditioning certifications within 90 days. National certifications including ACE, NETA, AFAA, NASM in personal training are also accepted.
• Previous experience providing instructions, training others or other related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and work one-on-one with members on how to properly use equipment, and free-weights.
