POSITION OVERVIEW

The Wellness Concierge is a key client-facing role responsible for educating, supporting, and coordinating personalized wellness plans for Supernatural clients. This individual will act as the primary liaison between clients and the diverse range of health, aesthetics, and longevity services offered at Supernatural. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, highly knowledgeable in longevity science, and has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences, nutrition, kinesiology, functional medicine, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a wellness, medical, or concierge role within the health and longevity space.
• Strong understanding of biohacking, functional medicine, and holistic health principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple client programs seamlessly.
• Experience using CRM and health tech platforms is a plus.

• Client Education & Guidance: Serve as a knowledgeable resource on longevity treatments, regenerative therapies, biohacking, and personalized wellness plans.
• Personalized Coordination: Develop and manage customized longevity roadmaps for clients, ensuring seamless access to services such as advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV therapy, medical aesthetics, and fitness performance programs.
• Consultation & Onboarding: Conduct initial consultations, assess client goals, and design tailored wellness journeys.
• Service Coordination: Work closely with physicians, health coaches, and medical providers to ensure an integrated and holistic experience for clients.
• Technology Integration: Utilize digital health tracking tools, biometric assessments, and AI-driven insights to enhance client outcomes.
• Continuous Learning & Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in longevity science, emerging treatments, and health optimization strategies.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication, provide proactive support, and ensure a high-touch, concierge-level client experience.
• Event & Workshop Support: Assist in organizing and facilitating educational workshops, panels, and wellness events to enhance client engagement.
