Our mission is to help clients optimize their health and wellness in a high-end, welcoming environment.
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to be the first point of contact for our clients. As a Wellness Concierge, you’ll ensure seamless operations at the front desk while creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion for health, wellness, and physical recovery.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry is an asset.
  • Big Bonus: Kinesiology or similar science education.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients, assist with check-ins, and handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Process bookings, payments, and memberships efficiently on the Jane App.
  • Introduce clients to our services, explaining benefits in an easy-to-understand way.
  • Provide facility tours to new clients and potential members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, including laundry, dishes, and equipment sanitization.
  • Restock teas, snacks, and essential supplies.
  • Support membership growth by confidently promoting services without a “salesy” approach.
  • Create simple Instagram stories/reels during downtime.
