Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in health and wellness, a positive attitude, confidence in sales and speaking with others, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Case Manager, you will educate clients on the benefits of red light therapy, nutrition and lifestyle changes, assist them during sessions, and promote our services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the science and benefits of red light, weight loss, and nutrition.
• Assist clients during therapy sessions, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the therapy area.
• Sell and upsell services and packages to meet clients’ wellness goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and research in health and wellness.

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in health and wellness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service.
• Sales experience is a plus; willingness to learn and implement sales strategies is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, depending on client scheduling
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
