POSITION DESCRIPTION

The day-to-day operation of the Wellness Center. To ensure productivity and efficiency of a signed wellness facility operations. Serve as a liaison between Beecon Recovery’s Facility Director, staff, dietitian, and patients/clients. Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure integrity and positive patient/client experience.
Duties performed include, but are not limited to Neurofeedback and EEG treatment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of experience working with adolescents or adults in a recreational, therapeutic, or educational setting
• 400 Hours experience in Human Services/Case Management or related field
• Must possess a current CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate

• Minimum skills required for this position include the ability to handle conflict, empathy for clients in recovery, ability to work as a professional in a team-focused environment, willingness to learn and be a part of a feedback culture that includes excellent communication skills, integrity, dependability, resourcefulness, and attentiveness. This position will be expected to assist with the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Keep the flow of clients coming in consistently with the number of daily sessions matching the sign-in sheet.
