Job Description Cashel Palace Hotel, a five-star Relais & Châteaux property set in the heart of Tipperary, is seeking a Wellness Events Manager to lead the creation and delivery of exceptional wellness experiences within our hotel. About the Role The Wellness Events Manager is a creative, organised and guest-focused professional who designs and executes inspiring wellness events — from intimate workshops to full immersive retreats. With a deep understanding of holistic wellbeing, they bring a calm, solution-oriented approach while upholding the luxury standards for which Cashel Palace is renowned. This role blends creativity with commercial awareness, ensuring each programme is both enriching for guests and aligned with the hotel’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will also be a qualified Yoga and/or Reformer Pilates instructor, contributing directly to the delivery of our wellness experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, plan and deliver wellness events, workshops, retreats and seasonal programmes Work collaboratively with Spa, F&B, Rooms and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Lead classes or sessions in Yoga or Reformer Pilates as required Develop and maintain relationships with wellness practitioners, partners and brand collaborators Manage event logistics, schedules, communications and guest flow Ensure all activities reflect holistic wellbeing principles and luxury hospitality standards Monitor performance of wellness events and identify opportunities for improvement or growth Maintain a calm, professional and solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment Requirements Proven experience in event planning, preferably within hospitality, wellness or luxury environments Recognised qualification in Yoga and/or Reformer Pilates instruction Strong understanding of holistic wellness, mindfulness and contemporary wellbeing trends Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills Ability to balance creativity with commercial considerations Warm, guest-centric mindset with exceptional attention to detail Flexibility to support weekend or evening events as required What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for professional development within a prestigious five-star property A supportive and collaborative team committed to excellence Additional Information Great employee benefits as part of the overall package.
