We are looking for Wellness Experience Coordinators who feel called to this mission—who naturally bring warmth, presence, and care to every interaction. In this role, you’ll guide guests through their wellness journey, offering breath coaching (you will be trained in how to do this), setting up therapies, and ensuring that every moment spent in our space is calm, supportive, and rejuvenating.

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a calming atmosphere.
• Support guests throughout their experience, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, efficiently handling bookings and reservations.
• Assist with membership sales, explaining benefits and guiding new members through the process.
• Set up therapies such as sauna, plunge, and float to ensure a seamless experience for each guest.
