Act Alive’s new adventure, The Vitality Lab, is a wellness and community space in Squamish offering classes in movement, mindfulness, and connection. Here, fitness isn’t about pressure or perfection, it’s about discovering strength, joy, and balance in ways that feel good for you. Through yoga, movement, and empowering workouts, we explore what it means to thrive in body, mind, and spirit - together. Step into the Lab and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more alive.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified/experienced in your area of instruction
• Previous teaching experience
• Passion for creating an inclusive, positive, and encouraging environment
