This role combines the best of both worlds: you’ll act as a trusted guide for customers while also building relationships as a wellness professional. You’ll be the go-to expert for everyone from individual clients seeking personal wellness solutions to practitioners in massage therapy, fitness, and holistic health looking to integrate our products with your services.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate and Guide Customers: Act as a product expert, providing personalized recommendations and helping customers understand which of our products best fit their wellness goals. You will create a welcoming and informative experience, whether in-store or online.
Build Professional Partnerships: Identify, connect with, and build lasting relationships with wellness businesses and practitioners. You’ll showcase how our products can enhance their services and support their clients’ well-being.
Drive Sales and Growth: Coordinate sales activities, manage accounts, and work to meet sales targets. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our reach within the wellness community.
Maintain Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, product benefits, and customer feedback to ensure you can provide the most accurate and helpful information.
Cultivate Community: Engage with our community, answering questions, providing support, and fostering a positive, educational environment.
Qualifications:
Deep Passion for Wellness: You have a genuine interest in holistic health, mindfulness, and plant-based solutions.
Excellent Communication Skills: You can clearly and confidently explain complex topics in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
Experience in a Customer-Facing Role: You have a proven track record in a retail, sales, or customer service role where you provided expert guidance.
Proactive and Self-Motivated: You are a natural relationship builder who can take initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Knowledge of the Cannabis and Hemp Industry: You have a foundational understanding of the products we offer and are eager to learn more.
