Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Wellness Instructor to join our team at our luxurious resort in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Wellness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' well-being and overall experience by providing a range of wellness services and classes. Conduct daily wellness sessions, including yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, for guests of all skill levels Customise sessions based on guests' needs, health conditions, and fitness levels, ensuring a safe and serene environment Promote holistic wellness through various techniques, educating guests on the physical and mental benefits of wellness practices Provide wellness consultations and assessments, supporting spa events, retreats, and workshops as needed Maintain studio space and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Collaborate with the spa and fitness team to align wellness offerings and promote classes to encourage guest participation Build guest loyalty by creating a positive, welcoming, and rejuvenating experience Adapt instruction methods to accommodate diverse guest backgrounds and abilities Stay updated on the latest trends and research in wellness practices to continually enhance our offerings Qualifications Certification in wellness instruction (e.g., Yoga Instructor certification) or related field 1-2 years of experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness centre Strong knowledge of various wellness concepts and mind-body practices, including yoga, meditation, and breathwork Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous First Aid and CPR certification Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional guest service Ability to adapt instruction to different skill levels and physical abilities Empathetic and supportive approach to guest interactions Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills Collaborative team player with a professional demeanour Additional Information What awaits you...
