Responsibilities:
In-Store Guidance: Act as a product expert in our retail space, providing personalized, one-on-one consultations to help customers understand our offerings and select the best options for their needs.
Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content for social media and other digital platforms. Your content will showcase how our products fit naturally into a holistic wellness routine, covering topics like self-care, mindfulness, and healthy habits.
Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, answering questions and fostering a positive and educational environment.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, representing our commitment to quality, transparency, and a natural approach to well-being.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional service, ensuring every customer leaves feeling informed and confident in their choices.
Qualifications:
