What you will be doing: Taking care of our Wellness & Recreation guests in a friendly and professional manner Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the health club, gym, pool, and changing areas Ensuring safe use of gym equipment and monitor pool safety at all times Supervising pool area and enforcing safety rules and regulations Setting up and arranging pool deck, sunbeds, towels, and fitness areas Providing towels, amenities, and assist guests with requests Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Assisting in emergency situations when required, following safety procedures Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position in an international brand. Remote area work experience is preferred. Certified in First Aid/CPR and Fitness. Working knowledge of pool safety and gym equipment. Good communication and guest service skills. Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Well-groomed and a can-do attitude. Flexibility to multitask and work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Physically fit and able to work in active indoor/outdoor environments.
