Job Description As Reservations Supervisor you will directly support the Wellness Reservations Manager. You will ensure that all SOP's are being adhered to. You will further be responsible for maintaining and improving reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations, maximising revenue opportunities and satisfaction of guests and team members. You will responsible for support managing all incoming wellness-related inquiries and converting them into confirmed reservations. The role ensures a seamless guest experience from initial contact to arrival by coordinating room reservations and wellness operations. It is both sales-oriented and service-focused, with the goal of maximizing wellness revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will ensure monitoring of daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated to. You will assist the Reservations Manager for driving up- selling within the property and to ensure optimal use of all distribution channels. Qualifications Two years experience in hotel reservation and rooms divisions and wellness industry. Familiar with the hotel operations available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels. Understand the dynamics of regional & local market, local competitors and events of the destination. Familiarity with the specific offerings of a wellness or hospitality business. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach are also valued. Strong computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English. Understanding of industry standards and customer-oriented strategies. Company Location: Anantara Layan Phuket Resort

The Supervisor directly supports the Wellness Reservations Manager by ensuring adherence to all SOPs and improving reservations operations for accuracy and revenue opportunities.
