Position Overview
Join our team at Sedona Soul Adventures, where we help individuals and couples achieve profound personal transformation. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll work with warm leads to create high end customized spiritual retreat experiences that change lives.
IMPORTANT: Position requires US residence and applicant must be willing, if hired, to travel to Sedona on their own expense to train and meet the staff.

Compensation

• $40,000 - $120,000 annually (Commission-based)

Role Description

You’ll guide spiritually-minded clients through their journey of transformation by:

• Converting warm leads from marketing efforts and repeat customers
• Conducting empathetic discovery calls to understand client needs
• Designing custom Soul Retreat intensives
• Managing client relationships from initial contact through handoff to Retreat Coordinators
• No cold calling - all leads are interested in wellness retreats
• Applying metaphysical understanding to align clients with appropriate spiritual practices and practitioners

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Current US residence
• Strong foundation in metaphysical and spiritual concepts
• Personal spiritual practice or journey
• Outstanding listening and empathetic communication skills
• Expert-level time management and organizational abilities
• Proven track record in lead follow-up and maintenance
• Proficiency with Zoom, CRM systems, MS Office, VOIP and scheduling software
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Experience in wellness or spiritual industry
• Background in consultative sales
• Training or certification in metaphysical practices
• Experience with energy healing modalities
• Experience with HubSpot, Ring Central VOIP and Zoom technologies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
