The Wellness Specialist is responsible for providing fitness, wellness, and nutritional support to assist customers in meeting their needs and fitness goals under the supervision of the designated Wellness Manager. The Wellness Specialist must approach each customer with an unbiased, open-minded approach, and maintain confidentiality. This position also assists with the development, advancement, and evaluation of the department and related programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Required Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 year Health related Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - American Heart Association
• First Aid (AID) - American Heart Association As Required by Unit
• Health Coaching Certification- Required
