Responsibilities

As the Studio Sales & Experience Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving Membership Growth: Lead local marketing efforts, manage the full sales pipeline, and consistently exceed sales goals.
  • Delivering a Luxury Client Experience: Ensure every guest feels valued, welcomed, and cared for from the first interaction onward.
  • Building & Leading a Team: Recruit, train, and inspire a front desk sales team that mirrors our premium service culture.
  • Managing Studio Operations: Oversee scheduling, studio flow, cleanliness, and presentation—all to the highest standard.
  • Engaging the Community: Foster member retention through VIP events, referral programs, and relationship-driven strategies.
