Discover more: Sandblu Restaurant Gallery, Nectar Restaurant Gallery and Blu Restaurant Gallery or find us on social media at Sandblu, Nectar Restaurant and Blu Restaurant. * Certified Personal Trainer. * Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, wellness center, spa, or fitness club is highly preferred. * Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end fitness environments. * Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. * Excellent guest service and communication skills. * Strong understanding of fitness programming, anatomy, injury prevention, and wellness principles. * Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate daily wellness operations. * Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset. * Experience leading outdoor wellness activities such as hiking, meditation, or fitness experiences is an advantage. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to manage basic administrative tasks. * Supervise, support, and motivate the Gym Instructors and wellness team, ensuring exceptional service standards, professional conduct, and operational efficiency. * Oversee the daily operation of the fitness center and wellness facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, fully equipped, and operating according to resort standards. * Deliver exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests, resolving concerns professionally, and ensuring personalized wellness experiences. * Conduct private personal training sessions and lead group fitness classes including and other wellness activities as required. * Coordinate and schedule the weekly fitness and wellness activities and special wellness events. * Assist in preparing staff schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure adequate coverage for all wellness services. * Ensure all fitness equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and safe for guest use.
